All apparel is made to order.

Production time: 2–6 business days

During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Hallelujah Hooves is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
